OMG do we have a FashionHap for you! Get out your beach towel and prepare for some drool-worthiness. We kick off with some Summer killage and then...well, if you're a shoewhore, this Total Divas promo pic is your Richard Gere. This snap of Summer is jaw-droppingly chic. You really can't get more classic than an LBD and this one makes timelessness modern, with its elbow sleeves, sweetheart neckline and fit-and-flare silhouette. A hint of décolleté, a classic red lip and voila: perfection. Finish it off with a black pointy-toe pump and it's style heaven. I unconditionally love this look! LOVE. Making the shot all the more impressive is the beautiful background art and the simple, but impact-making red chair. Oh yes, AND her demurely sensual and ladylike pose...gorgeous! Can this be a photoshoot, pleeeeeeeeease? :) Important whatnots: get ready: Jan 19 @ 9 = TOTAL DIVAS, lovelies! The drama, the athleticism, the FASHION is aaaaalllll back. Did you catch that part about the FASHION? :) Next: there is always something compelling about black and this promo pic takes full advantage of the innate fierceness the color possesses. At the same time, each Diva is able to show off a unique look, which makes this really fun. Alicia Fox shows off a ttly fabulous embellished tuxedo-stripe pant in a soft, classic fabric that could be dressed up or down. Foxy dresses it ferocious with a pieced leather bustier...rawwwwr! And I have my fingers crossed that we get another shot of that outfit because I so so sadly can't see her shoes clearly enough to get a read on them. Now, without further ado, let the stiletto-love begin. Ready? Mandy Saccomano kicks the night(s, days, weeks) of passion off with the St Laurent Janis silver captoes (deplorably out of stock in this color, but avail in solid black, pink, blue and *thrills* a studded platform if you're willing to take out a small loan :)). If you can drag you eyes from her shoes (I admit to having severe trouble doing so; I adore St. Laurent and the Janis is undeniably fabulous), you can enjoy the studded pencil skirt and leather-trimmed crop top she's paired with it. Where Foxy was glam-sport, Mandy's look is straight up rocker. Rosa's clean, mod, zipper-accented dress is one of my super-faves of this line-up and def something I'd wear. It would probably be a shoot highlight for me, if only she hadn't made a total wreckage of my ability to appreciate anything else at all by wearing. THOSE. shoes. *keels over*. Giuseppe Zanotti's Coline winged sandals. Can we just take a moment? Can GZ actually make something this hot? How is it even allowed? SO unfair ;) The black hue, as modeled by Rosa, is currently almost impossible to find, but, again if you're willing to pawn a small country, you can have a pair in gold, copper, silver, black, white, red or blush. Eva Marie's sheer+leather bodysuit is hot - maybe a shade over the top for everyday wear ;) - but her simple, black leather ankle boots are killer. Like, serial. The lighting makes them a bit tough to ID, but I'm hedging toward these Prada offerings. (As always, I'll update if I can confirm or deny :) ) Nikki's sexy style comes to the fore with this strapless, cutout leather peplum top. She's paired it with a sleek pencil skirt - an appropriately minimal way to balance the major statement of her top. She completes the look with a hint of flash: metallic silver pointy toe pumps. The squared-out vamp makes me think we're being treated to the Jimmy Choo Anouk, shown here in silver, but previously available in a gunmetal shade. The Anouk is a current staple of the Jimmy Choo line and there are literally dozens of variations in colors, prints, leather, suede, studded, crystal...it's like a whole wonderland of Choo's out there :). Another of my fav offerings in this pic is Brie's discoball-esque black sheath. The futuristic-meets-70's stitched, shining triangles are madly fun- they're a wild, brave embellishment against a very plain, classic silhouette, which is always a look I gravitate to. Where Rosa paired statement shoes with a simple dress, Brie accents her flashy dress with minimal-as-it-gets heels. Of course, since we're in a fashion fairy tale here, minimal still means AMAZING, which is what Ruthie Davis' shoes generally are. If your first thought was "Weitzman, Nudist", I wouldn't blame you, but these Eastgate sandals have a taller platform and unique heel-back. Paige matches a fantastic leather bustier with high-waisted shorts and the look of OTK boots. Again..."my kingdom for a better picture!"..to paraphrase Shakespeare :). These could be embellished OTK's or suede knee boots. Sigh. Her usual fishnets bring the punk theme that's a Paige trademark. I'm a huge fan of her jewelry here - the way she added the slimmest strand of a pendant brings an element of sophistication to her bustier that's intriguing and sexy! Natalya continues the bustier-with-leather match-ups, echoing Nikki's look with a halter variation. This is shades of the glamorous vixen-maven that Nattie cornered the market on back in her Divas of Doom days. She still slays it. #AllHailNattie And of course, one of my top shoe divas does not disappoint with her finishers: a pair of Louboutin studded Pigalle pumps. I'm just going to leave you with thoughts of those beauties. #DressedLikeADaydream :)
