What better way to end Halloween night than to come home after Trick-Or-Treating and check out diva-fierce.com's Top 7 Halloween costumes. Why seven? Idk. It's a number I like :).
#7 goes to Brooke for one of the cutest monster costumes ever. The ladies of wrestling generally go for general themes rather than specific identities, so it can be hard to stand out, but this one does! And that's especially true because it's so out of character for Brooke. When you think  "Brooke", you think fierce, sexy, smoking hot. 'Cute' isn't at the top of the list. This costume lets her show her playful side and let her personality..well...run wild :D. That's a win!
#6 goes to Eva Marie for he Jessica Rabbit look. It's rare that a cartoon personality matches a reali-life look so well, but these two characters where made for each other! Jessica was a femme fatale par excellence. Eva Marie has no trouble in that department. She rocks the gloves! And,of course, the shared red hair seals the deal. Eva was born to be Jessified!
#5 goes to AJ for her Kitana costume. This is a great get-up and spot on Kitana's look. BUt what I love most about it is that its just a plain-a$$ cool costume. Even if you're one of those people (all 5 of them) who have no idea what Mortal Kombat is, this gear still looks massively cool. Who doesn't love blue metallic? Plus, we all know AJ could ttly pull off the Kitana role. Fab on all levels + picking a character that's "you" = memorable!
#4 is all about Velvet Sky's Freddy Krueger look. She nails it - right down to that hat and striped sweater! She gets MAJOR points, though, for the rips in said sweater. They add an element of the fearsome and grotesque that made this costume stand out. It's easy to associate Velvet with hotness, but really, would you want to take Freddy on a date? Umm, no. Changing up your look  - from hot to horrifying - is brilliant!

WWE recently complete a tour of Mexico and it gave us some cool fashion from Charlotte and Paige. Charlotte showed off her Divas' Championship belt while on the tour, but she also showed off  a fabulous choice in this A-line top, which is completely fabulous! This is a tank-top style, but a very classy, upscale version, with a bandeau-esque shape at the top and a bit of a gather at the bust. I'm a huge fan of how substantial this material looks - not at all see-through. A weightier material will kiss your figure, but hold the garment's shape, rather than cling and you can see that that's exactly what happens here. This empire (pron: "ahm-peer") waist (a waistline that is set higher than the natural waist) is a wonderful style for Charlotte. It shows off the narrow part of her figure. The A-line shape then flows outward, which creates the classic hourglass shape. This is great if hips aren't your strong point (whether you don't have any or have more than you prefer :)). I like the black and white color combo, but somewhere down the bottom she wanders a bit off track: the flared styling is hot right now, but paired with chunky boots, it's looks a bit off, a bit early 90's. I'd have loved a skinny leg paired with either these chunky flat boots or pointy toe ankle booties, but I'd have leaned toward a platform sandal with these flares.She accessorizes flawlessly with a hint of sparkle at her neckline and her trademark bold watch.

The ladies of wrestling mix it up in the ring often.But now and again, we like to let them mix it up on the fashion front too :). This super-sexy American Apparel bodysuit has been a popular item among Divas and KOs alike and why not? With its sheer mesh plunge panel, it's as daring as it gets! Personally, I love the cute cap sleeves too ;). Today, we're pitting WWE vs TNA. Nikki Bella styled this bold top with a printed Alice and Olivia mini skirt, bringing out it's femme side. The print is uber trendy, and bringing white into the equation adds a dash more chic, balancing the daring top for a sweet n' sassy vibe. Brooke went for full-on fierce by matching the bodysuit with sequin shorts. Along with her bold jewelry, they bring out the glam side of the plunge front, giving it center-stage-worthy attitude. Sequins+sheer makes this relentlessly fab. So, which lady styled the bodysuit best? Do you prefer feminine and sassy or glam and fierce?

OK ..let's talk fashion, shall we? We've done some catch up on Divas' past, a lil' 'shoot review...now in-front-of-the-lens style.
We're in a serious dearth of anything KO's, other than matches atm, but let's not forget about Christy Hemme's fantasmic style! She did the announcing at Bound For Glory earlier this month in this keel-me-over gorgeous sequined lace one-shoulder gown that looks like it might be from Mac Duggal. Everything about this gown is flawless: the cut, the color, the fabric! And Christy went minimal on the accessories, letting the piece stand on its own -brilliant! I love how when Chrusy gets a chance to make a statement, she takes it and runs with it! Remember my whole blathering about finding excuses to wear gorgeous pieces? Here's a How Its Done 101 lesson.
We change up style gears dramatically when we move on to Natalya's look from Buffalo. She's taken her trademark chic style and added a very glam-tinged street aesthetic to it. One of the things Nattie does best is to metamorphosize her look without losing the core of her style and we see a great example of that here. She's paired this chic sheer-paneled LBD with  nude cap-toe pumps. In her "Pure Chic Era" circa late '14-early  '15, she's have left it at that, or topped this look off with a blazer. But here, she goes with a fringed leather jacket, which gives the look a totally different feel - much more mod, much more attitude, with a big dose of the 80's. See how much one small change can do for an outfit? Oh the glories of fashion! :)

I've been ttly stoked about the new Jem and The Holograms movie since I first heard about it. The cartoon series was completely cool and while the movie seems like it will have a little different premise, what I'm most excited about is the crazy 80's fashion it's bringing back! Eighties fashion was all about young, wild, outrageous fashion - bright colors, funky shapes, edgy pieces...and did I mention bright colors? lol. What stands out most about it is that it was FUN. It was all about optimism and being happy and I think we could all use a big shot of happy...especially heading into winter, right? WWE has taken the op to give several Divas a Jem-themed shoot and they captured the feel of the era quite well!

Barbie Blank aka Kelly Kelly was always one of my favorite divas. Even though she didn't always get a lot of respect in the ring (I think she deserved much more than she got, especially during her last year in WWE), her fashion was impeccable. She handled a number of looks with ease, always staying to the side of trendy and fierce, even when she was casual. Barbie's been busy as a bee since leaving WWE - doing a calendar, a movie, appearances and much more...not least of which was planning her wedding! I'm always thrilled to know someone has met their soulmate :)  That adventure kept Barbie from doing her 2015 calendar, but she's recently announced that she will do one for 2016... woot woot! Possibly *the* most exciting things Barbie has done is to join the cast of the E! Reality series WAGS (Wives and Girlfriends of Sports Stars). It's kind of like Real Housewives with a bit of a sports twist. The very best thing about it is that it has brought Barbie back to the spotlight, so we get to see a LOT more of her fashion again #Win. And it's certainly still fierce! Her dresses for he WAGS promo material are edgy and risky, but Barbie has the body to carry it off #IAmNotWorthyBows. Besides being a Diva/KO, or a ref or a ring announcer, there's one more job you might want to step into the role of for Halloween: camera crew! That's right - there are tons of them at every taping, even though we don't see them 'cuz we're focused on the ring. They get the awesome job of translating all that action to the airwaves. And becoming part of the crew is pretty simple. I can sum it up in three words: black on black! Yup..that's all folks. Ok, not quite ALL..but close :). Rule #2: comfort is key - no freezing your tush off and no blisters allowed. Rule #3: you need a camera. If you don't have one, a quick Google search will let you order a cheap one for under $35. Who cares if it works or not :)...it's just a prop. Rule #4: if you're out and about on the streets, I'd suggest something neon and reflective added to your outfit. It's not strictly camera-crew approved, but you def want to alive and mobile to enjoy all that candy, as opposed to being spatula'd off someone's windshield. #SafetyIsWinning. Rule #5: I'd spring for a badge. Get creative with photoshop and print one out. Make it a regulation rectangle and drape it around your neck with black yarn, black shoelaces or some such, as if it is a paper pendant. PS I've been thinking videographer here, but photoshoot photographer would work just was well. Follow Rules #2-5 (don't have to go with all black). And carry a binder of your previous work: portfolio...duh! (Hint: print a bunch of your fave Diva/KO pics ;) )  Hope by now you're inspired for Halloween!
