Natalya and Alexa attended the Make-A-Wish gala earlier this year, looking stunning in black. Nattie chose a lace mid dress with a sweetheart neckline. The sheer sleeves created a pretty variation in texture and allowed the beauty of the lace to be appreciated. I’m a little surprised that she completed this look with boots, thereby dressing it down. I would ordinarily imagine a more formal finisher. That said, the combination looks lovely, adding a hint of tougher attitude to the delicate lace. I also love her smooth, straight hair; the touch of volume looks so gorge! Alexa chose a short party dress with cap sleeves and a tulle skirt with a nude underlay. I adore this dress, especially the exquisite artistry of the appliqué. It’s a fabulous choice, beautiful, appropriately formal and it looks incredible on Alexa, both chic and in keeping with her. As with Natalya, I could imagine different shoes. Although it’s hard to see all the details, these classic pumps feel a little bland for this dress (*if the detail on the pumps that’s very hard to make out happens to be a fur accent, this comment is withdrawn). I would have leaned toward black leather sandal-booties or simple, classic ankle straps here. This Easter outfit from Brie is one of my favorites of her recent looks. This dress is fantastic! The silhouette and material give it a bohemian vibe, but the ruffles and movement give it a dreamy quality that I’m 100% here for! The mauve tone enhances that effect and looks amazing on Brie. This piece could easily be worn right ow with a classic denim jacket and ankle booties. A delicate pendant is all Brie needed to finish off this statement dress. Her pristine bun is a flawless choice, both practical and a sleek counterpoint to the flowy-ness of the dress. She explored a completely different facet of her style as she headed to New Orleans for Wrestlemania, donning a destroyed, oversized sweatshirt, black leggings and taupe suede OTK boots. Her “Be Fearless” baseball cap gives a jaunty attitude to this casually fierce look that exudes urban cool. It’s so much fun seeing Brie bring out this aspect of her style again! She’s cozy and comfy in her next ensemble, a pairing of blue denim and the drapey Christine top from boho boutique The Next Native. This outfit is so easy and uncomplicated, but the bow detail on the sleeves adds a sophisticated touch that elevates it perfectly. In keeping with that is Brie’s soft up-do, with its long tendrils framing her face. The look is a perfect example of being casual without being staid or frumpy. I have loved watching the evolution of Brandi’s ring gear and these two just might be her best ever! This metallic gold bodysuit gets a stylish twist from the mockneck and detailing and sprinkling of crystal studs. Could this get any more glamorous? My favorite part of the piece just might be the feminine ball-beads at the neckline –so beautiful and unusual! She added a contrasting texture via glittered OTK boots and cemented the glam factor with slim crystal statement earrings and a magnificent up-do. The whole look is so fab I can’t stand it! She gives a super-sexy rendition of the design her next time out: a hot pink rendition with a sheer panel at the center. Wide black piping at the bust, waist and hips give the look a slightly sporty twist, but this gear is almost completely about the HOTNESS and Brandi slays it! A pink streak in her hair makes for an awesome coordinating accent. Cathy was all about blue at her first day at Axxess: blue skinny denim, paired with a sleeveless powder blue cami and topped with a cropped blue denim jacket. I love that she juxtaposed the formality of her cami with casual denim; it adds an interesting touch to this denim-on-denim look. White sneakers reiterate the primarily casual vibe. I would have loved if she’d gone with less minimal pair: a color (or multi-colored) set, or silver metallic would have super fun here. Her next look upped the formality significantly, as she paired a flared-sleeve white blazer with leather leggings. This jacket is fabulous! Not only does the flared, flowing sleeve contrast wonderfully with the sleek, pulled-together vibe of the jacket, but the black piping gives it a polished, high fashion vibe. She completed this dramatic, strong-yet-feminine look with chic white pointy pumps. From there, she moves back to casual, reprising the concept of her first look with different pieces: a pretty gingham blouse – the ruffles and detailed tailoring give formality to the laidback fabric – elevates black leggings. She gives this version an amazing twist, though, by topping it with a bright sunflower-yellow bomber jacket. Although she again completes the look with simple white sneakers, the show-stopping color of her jacket gives this look a huge pop that creates a ton of impact and I love it! Aside: this jacket is a perfect example of the clean, bright yellows that are the easiest to wear and pair. She kept the white pumps to provide the finishing touch to this beautiful dress that constitutes her next outfit. This unusual piece is a mélange of floral prints which gives a distinctly artisan vibe to this feminine maxi dress. She balances all the sweetness with a sleek pony, which pulls the look together nicely. Her last look is a futuristic offering: a metallic moto jacket paired with a matching mini skirt. I love how she gets extra versatility from the jacket by zipping it up and wearing it as a top! This look is bold, but she keeps it grounded by not over accessorizing. She reaches for the white pumps one more time for finishers and they add a subtle contrast that is just right for not over-cooking the styling. They seem to have been a favorite of hers all through the spring and no wonder: they’re the Sam Edelman Hazel, a massive fave of mine also. Actually maybe not so much “fave” as “obsession” :). The white leather is still available here. My review is here.
