Charlotte gave us a full back view of her black sequin cape during her time in Shenzhen, China. I love when she gives us still like this – it really lets me appreciate all the detail in her gear designs and there is a lot of it! Like the rest of the fashion world, I’m obsessed with flowers at the moment, so the embroidered ones on the back of this cape have me drooling! They’re so gorgeous and the color-scheme is crave-worthy, especially set against the black shimmer, which highlight the mix of green, blue and lime flawlessly. Where can I get a duster like this, pretty please? (Ahem…looking at you, WWE Shop!). Emma’s time off yielded a fair number of fun looks. Here, we seeing her staying true to her love of colorful prints in this royal blue maxi dress. The fact that the print is confined to certain areas of the piece, instead of being all-over, helps it to feel more polished and not overwhelming. She happens to be barefoot in this shot, but I especially like that this breezy dress would lend itself perfectly to flat sandals during the summer months, as well as to ankle booties in the fall. A number of divas have become devotes of Agaci Store in recent months. Gail is the latest to jump on board, as she wears this golden yellow set, pairing wide-leg pants with a matching lace blouse. The combination of flowing pants like these with a slim top is always incredibly chic. On top of that, I adore Gail in intense colors and I adore yellow, so this look is pretty much a lovefest for me from stem to stern :). I also need to call out her hairstyle here – the side part, the amayyzzzzing volume: it’s absolutely stunning! Simple gold hoops add a hint of flash to this look. We don’t see her shoes, but nude or metallic pumps would be high on my list. The sweet sunshine is gone and full-on FIERCE is in for Gail’s latest in-ring look. This reminds me of the leather bodysuit gear she used a few years ago that slayed our world, except this time, it’s done in a knit and the plunge front is filled with racy fishnet mesh. Daaayyyuuuuum. Girlfriend knows how to kill it! Her coordinating net OTK’s -from Agaci store – ensure that the killage is complete from head to toe. Smoky eyes and a pale lip give her outfit center stage. The volume in her hair is just as gorgeous the second time around. I’ll brb – I have to run get a winch to haul my jaw off the ground. We got a dose of the chill side of Lana’s style in early August as she paired a Star Wars graphic tee from Forever 21 with distressed denim and black high top Adidas sneakers. The black choker is precisely what I would envision adding to this look. I’m intrigued by her use of the pork pie that and golden bangles, though. They add touches of bohemian and luxe respectively to the look, which gives it a unique twist. I like the concept, but I’m not sure I would have chosen these exact pieces; they feel like a gene or two too far removed to tie in well. (I might have reached for a leather newsboy cap instead and skipped the bangles). On the other hand, I like seeing things on other that I wouldn’t necessarily do myself so I like that Lana went there! Mid-month found her seeing Aladdin on Broadway with Rusev. She elevated her distressed jeans with a spot on-trend black top that showcased flowing sleeves and an off-the-shoulder silhouette. Sneakers again provided the finish to her look – a smart choice if she was going to be doing any significant amount of walking. I love the bouncy vibe of her volume-heavy mid-height pony and the way it shows off her shoulders! As I would lean toward dressing up a bit for a play, I’m glad she gave this look a shot of fanciness with her statement earrings! She really cranked things up for her interview w ith US Weekly, pairing a portrait-collared rose-print blouse with red split-leg pants. I’m not generally a fan of the split leg, but she’s selling me on these due to the not-egregiously high slit, the gorgeous color and the more-chic-than-average silhouette. A slim gold collar coordinates with her slim, strappy sandals (LOVE those!). This look melds femininity and trendiness brilliantly and I’m totally on board! Her next look, from a Smackdown tv appearance, reminds me strongly of the prim, buttoned-up fashion of her early days managing Rusev. She paired a white-collared pinstriped vest with a coordinating mini pencil skirt – appropriate for any professional office with a bit more length and minus the plunge front ;). Where she differs from those days is in her shoe choice, where she exchanges the streamlined, fierce pumps of then for the sexy red ankle strap sandals of now. A red lip punctuates the outfit and echoes the shoes. I enjoy seeing Lana step back into this style. It’s clearly one she’s comfortable with and it’s not a genre we get to see a lot of on anyone but her. Her next look was tough to miss: a monochrome ensemble in a classic shade of red. Her high-low dress is the Take Me To Cannes by Lioness Official (available here) and it’s full of wonderful details. One side sports a spaghetti strap, the other a sleeveless style. The overlay fabric which creates the high-low effect is done in a sheer polka dot fabric for additional texture and can be knotted at the waist, as well as left loose, like Lana did. Even with the multitude of details, the dress is unified by the single color scheme, so it doesn’t come off as busy to the eye. Lana paired with the same red ankle straps (from Forever 21) we saw in her previous look and added a shot of whimsy to the ensemble with the Cherry Cake bag by Kate Spade. Now that is the kind of dessert I can definitely order! :) It adds a flirty wink to the femininity of the dress. Gold statement earrings, a slim lariat necklace and a selection of rings provide the requisite touches of shine. From there, it’s on to a white jumpsuit with a scalloped neckline and side cutouts for the Mae Young Classic. Lana breaks up the almost-monochrome outfit with touches of metallic (via her strappy gold sandals) and rainbows – with her multi-hued collar necklace (from Y2K Jewelry). She echoes the deep tines in her collar with garnet stud earrings. I love the subtle injection of multiple hues and finishes here – it’s such a fabulous way to make a simple, all-white canvas much more complex and interesting! Equally interesting is her next offering, a grunge-fierce pairing of an oversize deep-v neck graphic tunic with distressed blue denim, which you can just barely see peeking out from under her top. How about those red satin OTK boots, tho?! They have PRESENCE like nothing else. OTK styles always look amazing with mini skirts, mini dresses and other short hemlines and the tunic creates the same visual impression, which is why this works so well. She echoes THE BOOTS with her scalding red lips and completes the look with a silver statement necklace and simple black tote. This look is so carelessly cool I can’t even. Love it! This August Insta-snap from Mandy is classic summer: white tee, denim mini – how much more iconic can ya get?! One thin I love about this look is that it’s one of her more subtle looks, with curve-kissing fabrics that give polish to the outfit. What really kicks the look into overdrive, though, are her wedge sandals (the Bullet And Button Ankle Strap Platform Wedge sandal from UrbanOG, sadly sold out, but a sim in alt colors available here). The daring, unusual shoe creates a statement-making finish that gives that gives the whole look its raison d’etre.
Ever a girl to embrace shine, Maria made a tv appearance in this patterned metallic dress. While the slightly longer sleeve length gives it something of a throwback vibe, her wide black waist belt is as current as it gets and I love that she added that! The added element gives the outfit more interest than a simple dress+shoes pairing and it highlights her curves nicely. She completed the look just as I would have: with black pumps. Her next look, created for date night, paired a blue printed dress with on-trend lemon mules. I’ve often said that almost any combination of blue and yellow works well together and this outfit provides a supporting exhibit. I love how even though she’s blithely mixed her prints in this ensemble, it doesn’t come off busy or ridiculously complex because both prints are made more subtle by the color schemes of the pieces – the dress’ print is softened by the dark palette, while shoes are made more subtle by the overall softness of the color. She took a very different tack for her next date night, going full-on rocker chic! This reminds me of the genre we saw her explore quite often in her WWE photoshoots from 2009-2010. It’s layer upon layer of bold elements: zebra-print top, studded moto jacket, fringed boots. This ought to not work at all, but it manages to because of the stark color scheme and Maria’s confident personality. Her sense of drama and obvious enjoyment of the over-the-top-ness of this type look completely carries and sells it. I am as in awe now of her ability to do this as I was back in the day! :). Next up is a subtler version of drama as Maria pairs a floral print top with either a mini pencil skirt or shorts – the dark lighting make sits nearly impossible to distinguish which :(. Fortunately, it’s not especially germain to the look – either piece would work. I love the embroidered florals of her top, set against the dark background and Maria then spices it up in he own inimitable way by finishing it with green velvet ankle booties (from Zara, available here), emblazoned with a swag of clear crystals. Her unique and super-fun shoe choice elevates this look and makes it noteworthy as inspiration for a chilled-glam holiday party look.
