FashionHap: Mid Mar '16 Pt 1

I ttly can't believe WrestleMania week is almost here! Are you revved? Me 2!  And scared lol. I have to clear a bunch of posts out my backlog before we get to the fashion deluge that is WM week...gaaah! So it's lots of work for me..but lots of fun for you lucky ones ;). Hold on to your cloches, loves and strap in. It's gonna get caaaaa-raaayzaay.
A lot of the LBD's we see are sheaths, bodycon or otherwise pretty button-downed style, but this one from Lana has a bit more flow and movement to it, as a result of the georgette sleeves. I especially love the chic femininity of the long cuffs. The rounded neckline also gives off a softer vibe, as compared to a bolder V-shape. Lana enhanced that vibe with lace tights and then brough a bit of an edge to the look with black OTKs. I like the way the lace breaks up the black-on-black with texture.
Maria wore this gooooorgeous sheath dress during a mid-March Impact episode. If you look fast, you see a typical ivory sheath. But ssly, let's just take a moment to fully appreciate this dress. Atop the ivory fabric is multi-colored embroidery in a beautiful scrolled floral design. And that is embellished with crystals. Ogh...so fab! Even though Maria's with TNA now, this dress is completely WM-worthy! Or prom-worthy ;). She finished it of with metallic gold single-sole heels, which are a perfect choice, as they reflect the warmth of the dress's color.
This casual outfit from Rosa is a fairly basic pairing of a cute, red sleeveless tee and skinny jeans. What made it stand out for me, though, was her choice of snake print flats. That is how you do a statement flat, Fiercettes! It elevates the whole outfit.
WWE just released their third photoshoot in a week (more on those coming soon!), so maybe the wheel is finally turning in that department. Prior to this week, it seemed like all the 'shoots were bottlenecked, even though the ladies kept releasing teaser shots. I finally gave up waiting for the Big Dub to cough up the goodies, so even though this snap of Eva looks like a 'shoot pic, I'm reviewing it. Ms. All Red Everything gave us a very garage-glam look with distressed skinny jeans paired with a fantastically studded leather jacket. Lest you think Paige is the Queen of leather jackets, Eva begs to differ. This one is smoking hot and brings plenty of attitude. The black monochrome outfit helps to ground all those studs, while her pointy toe textured-leather pumps bring the glam. This kind of look is where Eva's fashion sense really shines!
If WWE has been bad about letting loose the 'shoots, TNA has been even worse. It's been like excavating an Egyptian tomb to get any kind of fashion at all out of the Impact crowd lately, outside of the ever-amazing Maria. Sigh. At least we have this find from a recent archaeological adventure: Dixie doing 70's as she does best, with an off-shoulder snake print top, black jeans and knee boots. She accented it with a multi-strand bead necklace. This look is classic Dixie and it works well - it's interesting and polished and touch sexy.

The second look from Rosa is another simple combo - a pretty top paired with jeans. I love how the lace at the bodice lifts this look from barely-trying to something much prettier and more stylish.
The same triad of lace, pretty-ness and stylishness comes together in this look from Nikki. Lace cap sleeves make this LBD trendy and elegant. The coup de grace is those crave-worthy shoes! The shape of the vamp plays an important role in how shoes look on the feet and the rounded shape of these is one of my all-time favorites. Pair that with a slim ankle strap and I'm gone!
Although it looks like a dress in these pics, Charlotte's is outfit is actually a set - a ponte color block crop top and skrt by Alice & Olivia (ID by fashionofthedivas). This is the WM 33 Press Announcement look with which she paired her Kendall & Kylie Abi heels. The whole look is very mature and clean and it comes off flawlessly in a professional setting such as the Press Announcement. As is her trademark, she accessorized with only a watch.
We just saw this outfit from Lana in her recent birthday gallery. For her tv appearance, she added a cropped leather jacket. I love the way the strong collar and shoulders bring a bold, streetwise contrast to the feminine, sexy pairing of lacey top and pencil skirt. Gold shoes finish the outfit, picking up the metallic flash of her skirt buttons. And a birthday surprise for you to finish off this FH. This is a recent bikini shot from Lana's IG that I intended to include in the Bikini Blast post and flat-out missed.. woops. So, here it is now. Look at this pristine white string top and side-tie bottoms! They pop so beautifully off of the rough rock background. I'm head-over-heels for Lana's sideswept French braid as well. This whole look is so beautiful, it could definitely be a photoshoot look! ..And a reminder to work on your abs ;)
