Are you ready for more? There are always more shoes I’d love to see the ladies get to try :). So, here goes… In addition to her insanely cool, in-ring glow, Naomi has a fantastic sense of fancy style. These Monili-beaded-strap Velvet sandals from Bruno Cuccinelli would fit in perfectly with her sophisticated-with-a-twist sensibilities. They have a wonderful play on materials, with a textural combination of glimmering micro-beads and opulent velvet that makes them quite formal. However, that’s tempered by the mountaineering-gear vibe of the strap that supports the beads, giving a very athletic and functional-looking spin to the formality of these heels. These are just made to be the crave-worthy finish to an LBD or minimalist gown. Equally in her wheelhouse, but on the less formal side are these celestial-feeling peeptoe booties from Alexandre Birman (the Ziggy). They get an extra touch of modernity from the tie at the top which creates a paper-bag tie look at the ankle I can totally see Naynay fiercing up acid-wash skinny jeans and a tee with these! Like Maryse, Natalya’s shoe game already sends us into ecstasies! But that doesn’t mean we can’t come up for a few fun things for her to try ;). The classic foundation of her style lends itself to pairings we don’t often see from Divas, like these gingham flats (the Side Bow Mule from No. 21). I love this brand’s modern-classic aesthetic in general and the lighthearted feminine chic of these flats in particular. The jewels at the heel add a delightful dose of extra dimension – don’t you just adore them? I can see these with a floaty summer dress or a sleek pencil skirt. In a more daring genre are these Maureen Double Band mules from Malone Souliers. Nattie is always a fan of pink and this sensual coral-tinged shade would look amazing on her! The moiré (pron: “mwah-ray”) fabric gives them a luxurious vibe that’s contrasted by the sleek silver leather bands. These heels would be provide a fabulous pop to almost any of the clean, classic looks that are Nattie’s trademark. Lastly, I couldn’t resist including a more traditional (but hardly sedate) selection – these pointed Mira Pearl pumps from Nicholas Kirkwood feature glittering textural fabric and a single pearl hung from the sole. About the only thing I can see them not working with is Natalya’s ring gear. Then again, maybe…:). When ladies explore a wide variety of fashion genres, it makes about sixteen times as easy to find shoes I can imagine them wearing…and way harder to narrow the list down! I had about eight pairs picked for Lana. Here are my top four: these deceptively simple Plexi Satin sandals from Gianvito Rossi kick things off with a mix of sensual satin and provocative plastic. Done in one of Lana’s favorite shades – bright scarlet – they would work as well completing a red carpet ensemble as finishing one of her trademark skirt-suits. Every girl needs one pair of insanely fantastic beaded sandal booties in her life, am I right? This glorious confection of a sandal from Sophia Webster blends blush satin with layer upon layer of glittering crystals mixed with gold, turquoise and pwder blue stones for a look that’s femme and fierce all at once. These are for pairing with the floral rompers, ruffled tops and lace bodysuits she gives us peeks at via her Instagram. Lana loves drama and ankle booties, so she immediately came to mind when I saw these Diazhigri Satin Wrap-Front booties. They’re super unique with their origami-like fold, while the shimmering stain and sparkling jewel that pins the fold in place add glamour and intensity. Lana being Lana, I can imagine her wearing these anywhere from the ring-ramp to the grocery store :). I had to include a piece for the urban-tough-Queen side of this ravishing gal – behold this Grommet Ankle Strap Sandal from Alexander McQueen. Spice up distressed denim? So much yassss. Complete leather mini skirt with a bang? More yaaaaaaassss. Round off bodycon dresses with some extra attitude? Additional yaaaaasss. So basically flawless in every way. Nikki was one of my initial inspirations for this post. Her shoe choices are inevitably KILLER. Full stop. She also tends to stay within particular brands, though, and I’d love to see her expand her horizons. These Tom Ford Curb Chain Ankle Sandal felt like they’d be in her wheelhouse: tough-chick chain, sexy slim straps, done in the season’s hottest shade of bright white. These would lend themselves to a plethora of pairings with probably seventy percent of Nikki’s enviable wardrobe. I can see Brie stealing borrowing them on occasion as well. (Sisters wouldn’t do stuff like that, would they? ;)). The edgy, forward-looking vibe of these Gianvito Rossi Grommet Plexi pumps also have the perfect hybrid of modernity and seduction that is trademark Nikki! They could amp up casual looks or provide the coup de grace for insistently fierce pieces like the latex dress she wore to the 2016 ESPY’s. Mandy has a very similar, if less honed, aesthetic to Nikki’s and often chooses similar shoes and brands. I can the Rossi Grommet pumps adding the requisite dose of high fashion and attitude to many of her looks, as well. With her recent heel turn, it’s logical that she might choose some pieces that reflect that and she can definitely pull off bold pieces. All of that made me these Lexie Barbwire sandals from Alexander Wang would light up her world. They’d certainly light up mine if she finished off one of her looks with them! How blanking amazing are those?! We don’t see a lot of Wang from the Lady Superstars but these heels convey such diva-like attitude and fierceness that they just belong on one of them and I think Mandy is just the girl to rock them! While Alexa can definitely do cute dresses and skirts, the bulk of her style that we see tends to be pretty chill. That made me gravitate toward a couple of boots for her, including this Willow Studded ankle boot from Rag & Bone. The subtle studs fit in with the grunge themes we see Blissy incorporate into her look, while the overall styling is minimalist and straightforward. The chunky heel makes them super easy to walk, work, live…maybe even wrestle a bit :)…in! I also love the broken-in ease of these Brielle Rebel Zip Studded boots from Frye. Frye always has amazing leather! This pair gets a shot of fierce from unusual oblong studs and the peeptoe detail. I love the urban vibe of the asymmetrical zip too! I an 100% see Alexa wearing these with her customary tv looks: leggings or skinny jeans, a leather jacket or vest and a graphic tee. Of course, I couldn’t end this little fantasy without considering what I’d love to see her in for non-boot days. These Rocky Ruched Suede T-Strap sandals from Laurence Dacade offered just the right blend of femininity and structure to ground the flirty skirts Blissy often favors when she’s not doing the leggings+jacket thing ;). But, ok…what about actual, closed-toe shoes? Got it handled! She needs these fab and fun Sylvie leather mary janes from Gucci. There’s something about the mary jane styling that always feels quirky and adorable, making it seem like just the right silhouette for Alexa to round off a sweet lace dress with…or even pair with leggings and a leather jacket to give the boots a night off now and again :). Renee’s offbeat, eclectic style lends itself not only to a multitude of shoes options but unique and disparate choices as well, which makes picking pairs for her super fun! For formal affairs, I’d love to see her in these Portofino Floral Ankle-Wrap Sandals from Gianvito Rossi. Renee has been unafraid to rock suits in the past and these would make a fabulous, feminine contrast to a structural, strong-shouldered design. Bold, interesting pieces are 100% in Renee’s wheelhouse, making these Fraser Suede Open-Toe Lace-up bootie (also by Gianvito Rossi) just the kind of thing I can imagine her pairing with a bohemian dress or easy, modern cropped trousers. The saturated color and textural details make this a standout pair that would be just stunning on Renee. On a more relaxed but seriously fun note, how about these floral-embroidered ankle booties? These are the Langton from Kate Spade and their carefree beauty would work perfectly for Renee’s casual days. Can’t you imagine them with distressed denim and a vibrant tee or a minimalist bodycon dress? Hell to the yaaas. There are also times we’ve seen Renee embrace cool, sleek modernism in her fashion. That genre requires something like this metallic cap-toe ankle-strap pump, the Trova from Manolo Blahnik. I’m wild over how icy and fierce this take on a traditional style is! It’s just made for tempering the sweetness of ruffles and lace or putting an exclamation point on looks topped by a refined, tailored blazer.
Are you high on shoes yet? ;) I hope you had a blast with this mini-series, loves! XO
